1. Scope

These Terms of Use govern the use of the TXForge platform, including all areas of the website, in particular:

  • Forum and discussion areas
  • User profiles and community features
  • Tutorials and tutorial series, including text and video content
  • Templates, files, and configuration downloads
  • Other interactive or editorial content

TXForge is a privately operated online project and is not operated as a commercial, public-sector, or institutional service in the traditional sense.

The scope and functionality of the platform may be further developed over time.

3. Registration and User Accounts

A user account is required for certain functions of the platform.

Users are required to provide accurate information when registering.

Login credentials must be kept confidential. Sharing credentials with third parties is not permitted.

If there is any suspicion of misuse, TXForge must be informed without undue delay.

Users may publish content on TXForge, including in particular:

  • Tutorial contributions or additions
  • Experience reports and technical documentation

The user generally remains the rights holder of their content, provided that no third-party rights are affected.

6. Content in Tutorials, Videos, and Files

TXForge may provide or host content in various formats, including:

TXForge does not guarantee the functionality, accuracy, or suitability of user-uploaded files or tutorials.

7. License to Use Content

By submitting content, the user grants TXForge a simple, non-exclusive right to use such content for the purpose of operating the platform, including the right to:

  • Technically store the content
  • Display and make the content publicly accessible
  • Distribute the content within the platform
  • Display the content in search results and preview functions

This also applies to tutorials, videos, and files published on TXForge.

The granted right of use is exclusively intended to operate and provide the platform.

The user warrants that their content does not infringe any third-party rights, including in particular:

  • Trademark rights
  • Personality rights

This expressly applies to:

In the case of significant restrictions, the user will be informed of the measure and the reason for it, unless legal or security-related reasons prevent such disclosure.

12. Complaints and Appeals

does not constitute binding professional or technical advice.

Users are responsible for ensuring safe application and implementation of the information provided, particularly when dealing with:

  • Electronics
  • Radio technology
  • RC models

21. Relationship with Manufacturers

TXForge has no official affiliation with manufacturers or brands such as EdgeTX, RadioMaster, or other manufacturers and brands mentioned on the platform.

22. Privacy and Data Protection

Information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy.

23. Applicable Law

German law shall apply.

24. Final Provisions

If any individual provision of these Terms of Use is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
